Our home base is Stockton-on-Tees and we manage properties from Gateshead to Leeds, with a special focus on the Tees Valley (Darlington, Hartlepool and Teesside including Stockton Middlesbrough and Redcar).
We have particular expertise in dealing with tenants who need to claim Universal Credit or Housing Benefit. Most landlords and letting agents fear to tread in this market segment, where tenant selection and management of tenancies (including assistance with claims) is difficult and vital. But given the knowledge the returns are very attractive.
